Shipping

From time to time, packages can take longer than usual to arrive at their destination. If you have not received your order yet, please contact us at info@ormwholesale.co.za and we will assist you. 

Note: When contacting us, please include your order number.

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. 

After your payment has reflected, it will take 24 hours to process and ship your order. Once shipped, our usual delivery time is within 2-5 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that our standard delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors. Additionally, if the shipping address is located in remote area, it might take additional days to receive your order.

If you are logged into your account, navigate to the bottom of the page and select Track My Order. Once you have been redirected to a new page, you will be able to view the status of all your orders.

We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible after they are placed, and that typically only leaves a small window for adjustments to be made. Please note that as a result of our rapid fulfilment times, not all order alteration/cancellation requests can be honoured. The sooner you put a request in, the greater the likelihood we can make the change for you.

The following change requests can generally be honoured, provided you put the request in soon after the order was placed:

  1. If the order payment has not yet been made.
  2. If the payment has been made but the product has not yet been shipped.

If your scenario aligns with either of the two above, then please feel free to contact info@ormwholesale.co.za for order changes.

ORM Wholesale assumes full responsibility for your order until the delivery process has been completed. If your order is lost during the delivery process, we will replace it at no cost to you, although delivery times may be affected. 

Please note that we take no responsibility for an order after it has been signed for receipt at the stipulated address.

Navigate to the bottom of the page and select My Account. Here you will be redirected to your account dashboard where you can follow the below instructions: 

  1. Click Address on the left hand sign of the page
  2. Click on the EDIT button below your shipping address
  3. Enter your new address details.
  4. Click Save Address

We are sorry to hear we have sent you an item that is different from what you have ordered!

Please start with double-checking your order confirmation to see what you ordered.

If you have not received the ordered product please contact us at info@ormwholesale.co.za within 7 days and we will do everything we can to correct our mistake.

When sending your query, please include your invoice, proof of payment and an image of the package received. 

Yes. You may collect your order once your payment has been reflected and the 24 hour processing period has passed.

No. You will not be charged a shipping fee, irrespective of the order size or location.

Payments

If you have been charged more than your invoice amount, please contact us at info@ormwholesale.co.za within 48 hours. We will then review your complaint and provide a refund as soon as possible.

We do not provide an option to add a billing method. Instead, you are required to enter your billing details upon checkout.

Navigate to the bottom of the page and select My Account. Here you will be redirected to your account dashboard where you can follow the below instructions: 

  1. Select Account details
  2. Navigate to the password change section.
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm your new password
  5. Click Save Changes

Navigate to the bottom of the page and select My Account. Here you will be redirected to your account dashboard where you can follow the below instructions: 

  1. Select Account details
  2. Enter your new email address
  3. Click Save Changes

Navigate to the bottom on the page to the subscribe block. Enter your email address and click Subscribe

Cancellations

If you have not yet made payment for your order, you may cancel it manually by following the below instructions:

  1. Navigate to the bottom of the page and select My Account
  2. Select Orders
  3. Locate your order
  4. Click on Cancel in the Action column

If you have already made payment for your order, please contact info@ormwholesale.co.za within 24 hours.
